Many of you wanted a follow-up post on Prize Rebel – A Handy Way to Earn Free Gaming Merchandise from two months ago. Some of you were more specific; you wanted more proof. Again, I believe that you’ll never believe me until you try it for yourself by signing up here, but if you want material proof, then that’s fine with me.

Yes, I’ve been with Prize Rebel for well over a year now and trust me, the site works! I was suspicious a year ago, too, but now I know that it’s the real thing; just read the proof on my previous Prize Rebel post. There are no losses if you just sign up and complete an offer; it’s not like they’re going to do something with your newly created username or email address, right?

As you can see from the image, most of my points were spent on Nexon Cash for MMORPGs. The Yu-Gi-Oh structure deck was a gift for my younger cousin who had a birthday party in June. When I accumulated enough points to buy the deck, Prize Rebel sent it straight to my home address in three days! Unbelievable, no? Prize Rebel is quite fast in delivering your prizes and I must say that my little cousin enjoyed his present.

By the way, if you are ever feeling doubtful about this, just check out their testimonials. If that won’t convince you, you’ll just have to try it out for yourself. There is no need to worry over whether or not Prize Rebel will sell your information to other sites because the fact is, the real information isn’t even necessary unless you are planning to have a prize sent to your home (and that’s only AFTER you claim your prize, so you don’t even have to give out your information until then). Bottom line is, Prize Rebel is FREE.

Just sign up for Prize Rebel and fill out a few offers (remember that real information is NOT necessary); once you obtain enough points, go ahead and claim a prize or two. Get it sent to you within a matter of days. Believe it or not, Prize Rebel works.

There are 50 achievements to obtain in Fallout 3 (correct me if I am mistaken), and I have yet to get all of them. I have gotten most of these achievements, though I still have quite a few to go. Anyway, just thought I’d share this achievement list with my readers. :)

XenosagaPublisher Bethesda Softworks has made yet another mistake with Fallout 3’s downloadable content for the Xbox 360 and the PC. The downloadable content was supposed to make its debut last month, but will now be delayed until a later date. Unfortunately, this means we will have to wait a while longer. For PS3 players, the add-ons for Fallout 3 will not appear on the PSN until September. Why do I get the feeling that Bethesda is snubbing the PS3?

Fallout 3 is an excellent game and I wouldn’t have minded waiting another month or two for downloadable content; the problem is, this is not the first time they’ve announced another delay in the release. I had my hopes up, too. Bethesda better use this time to remove any glitches in the game, because they can be pretty bothersome. Anyway, as the pessimistic person I am, I’m going to expect another delay from Bethesda.

ActivisionThird-party publishers such as Activision Blizzard have tolerated the Sony PlayStation 3’s high console price for a while. Activision Blizzard threatened to drop the PS3 and the PSP during an announcement on June 19. Now, CEO Sir Howard Stringer of Sony Corp. responds to Activision Blizzard CEO Bobby Kotick’s threats by dismissing them. Stringer responds, “He’s putting pressure on me, and I’m putting pressure on him. That’s the nature of business. … [But] I lose money on every PlayStation I make—how’s that for logic?”

Rumored reductions in the console’s price do not seem very likely seeing as how Sony Computer Entertainment America CEO Jack Tretton refused to confirm these rumors. The worldwide economic recession has slowed the gaming industry in sales, and as we know, the PS3 has been struggling because of its high price points. However, Tretton said that there was a 38 percent increase in PS3 sales for 2008 and a 116 percent increase in software sales.

Personally, I think the Xbox 360 is just as expensive as the PS3. If you add in the Xbox Live and the Wi-fi adapters, the prices of both consoles are about the same. It’s just another marketing tactic Microsoft employs. Any thoughts on this?

I’m not fantastic with Adobe Photoshop, but I can make some decent forum signatures (gaming signatures, of course).

Sanaki Sig

Yes, Sanaki from Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn for the Wii. One of my favorite characters from the Fire Emblem series. Too bad the forum signature doesn’t look INCREDIBLE, but decent enough so that I am at least satisfied with it. :) I’m a fan of strategic video games, and Fire Emblem is no exception. In fact, I’m actually looking for a new strategy video game to try out; if you can introduce me to one through a comment, that would be great!

If any of you ever find a need for a forum signature (or an Entrecard widget image), feel free to contact me and negotiate a deal.
